We understand that most of our patients already immuno-compromised, so we have taken every precaution to minimize the risk of infection in our centers. Here’s how you can help.

Patients must wear a facemask or other improvised face covering to all appointments. If you don’t have a mask, one will be provided for you (subject to availability).
If you have been exposed to the Coronavirus, have a temperature of 100.4° or greater, or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please contact us before your appointment so that we can make special arrangements.
To help maintain space between patients, we may make slight adjustments to appointment times. We appreciate your patience and flexibility.
Only patients are allowed in our centers. If you need assistance, contact us so that we may meet you outside before your infusion.
BYOB means bring your own blanket. For the protection of our staff who must handle them afterward, ICPA will no longer provide blankets, pillows, or magazines.
You can still reach us by telephone at (610) 495-6800, beginning at 7:30 a.m., seven days per week.
We pride ourselves on having a real person, not an answering system, pick up every call. For the moment, our support staff are working remotely and may be more limited than usual. If you reach voicemail during the business day, leave a message and we will follow-up promptly, usually in less than an hour.
Our infusion centers are open to patients and clinical staff only. We are pre-screening patients and checking the temperature of everyone entering our offices.
For safety, we have always believed that having patients in a shared treatment space where our clinical staff can monitor their infusions is preferable (rather than out of sight in a closed treatment room). However, during the current health emergency we are seating patients farther apart and staggering appointments to minimize patient interaction.
